In fact, Umrathma is... an Ashrak of Tok'Ra clan and Goa'uld queen.. Umarthma reproduced only once and most of her offspring have Khurr or Thuuma voluntary host. I must add that all her offspring have "code names" and are cart blanche. Each Host have total control over their Symbiote. Thus Symbiote is sort of spare disk for Host. Symbiotes are called "Dibbuks" or "Snay'Kyuur". Galen is her Avatar (host). Both of them like each other a lot, beacause they are of the same nature. Both very are patient and very responsible.
